Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following conditions apply:

• From 90 days before arrival: 20% of the total booking amount is due.
• From 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount is due.
• From 14 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount is due.
• For cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival: 100% of the total booking amount is due.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing only, either by email or postal mail, to the landlord.
